Emergency Service

ProTech’s on-call 24-hour maintenance team will respond to all emergencies. A trained technician will respond within two hours and will not leave until your facility is secure.

Repair/Loaner Service

As a full-service customer, ProTech will repair or replace your product at no cost. If the component is no longer suitable, we will replace it with the most comparable technology on the market.

Service during regular business hours will be provided as follows:

    Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Service calls will be responded to by phone call within one hour.
  • Service personnel will be on-site within 24 hours.
  • Service calls are billed at two hours minimum.
  • Service calls begin when a service technician is en route.
  • Service calls are billed in 30-minute increments.

After hours emergency service:

    Monday – Sunday, 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM

  • 4-hour minimum charge at full service rate for after-hours calls.
  • Holidays: Memorial Day, Labor Day, New Years, Fourth of July, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Black Friday.
  • Service calls will be responded to within an hour.
  • Service personnel will be on-site within four hours.
  • Service calls are billed at a four-hour minimum.
  • Service calls begin when a service technician leaves one client’s site to the next.
  • Service calls are billed in 30-minute increments.

Travel for service calls within Harris and continuous counties are charged at the regular prevailing hourly rate.
